Liam Armstrong was only two years old when he was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.
He was the bravest and most patient little boy as he underwent four years of treatment on Sarah's Floor at the Montreal Children’s Hospital. He underwent countless rounds of chemotherapy, radiation and a bone marrow transplant. With his warm smile and bright spirit, Liam had an impact on everyone he met, and will be remembered and missed forever. His memory lives on in the hearts and minds of those he touched. In order to give back to the amazing doctors and nurses who took the utmost care in treating Liam, and to help all children fighting cancer, his family has created a fund to honour his memory. The Liam Armstrong Fund for Pediatric-Oncology at the Cedars Cancer Foundation is raising funds for Sarah's Floor at the Montreal Children’s Hospital. Their goal is to support children and their families who face pain and uncertainty every day because of cancer, and to try to make their lives a little bit easier.
